Hello. I would like to offer a suggestion for a Villager article. I would like to see a reminder to folks about which side of the street to walk on. The ‘correct’ side is with the pedestrian is facing traffic. I find myself zigzagging across the road when I meet walkers coming toward me on the ‘wrong’ side of the street in order to stay socially distant. If we all walked on the ‘correct’ side, no one would have to zigzag which can create traffic hazard, especially on Boones Bend. Thank you!
This is a great reminder. The person to contact for the Villager is Clara Howell, Editor. She can be reached at 971-227-5334
