Come and join a new exercise class at the Rec Hall on Lafayette, Tuesdays 8:30 am to 9:30 am or Monday/Wednesday nights at 7:00 pm. All you need is a mat, no other equipment needed. The class will be an Essentrics class (see description below) taught by Jan Landis

Hi Jan, your class sounds good for me. But, due to ear surgery, I’m not to do anything strenuous for another 2 weeks.
Can I come on Tuesday the 17th to observe &/or do what I’m allowed ?

What about a month out of full knee replacement. Do you think I could do something this soon or should I wait a while? Bonnie
Bonnie We do some Plies in the standing exercises – You could come and observe if you want do what you feel would not hurt you and then you’ll know. Your welcome to come and try and do just what you feel comfortable with
