ALERT!!
We have multiple reports of a red Toyota 4runner with Washington plates and a male with a red hat and black coat going door to door stating he was sent by your HOA to work on your ductwork. He is asking to enter the home. This person is not endorsed by any HOA and has been asked to leave. He was met by police earlier today but is unfortunately back. We have again contacted the police. If you have an interaction or if this person tries to talk to you enter your home call 911. |
ODOT here to discuss tolling Friday, April 14th at 10:00 am in the Event Center
Please see the message below from CCC Board President:
“Good morning HOA Presidents
On April 14th at 10:00 Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) officials will be here in the Event Center(old clubhouse) to make a presentation on tolling. There will also be a question, and answer period following the presentation. This meeting is being sponsored by our legislators, Representative Courtney Neron and Senator Aaron Woods, who will both be there as well to update us on legislation that affects HOAs and they will be available for questions and answers as well.
This is an opportunity for ODOT and our elected officials to hear the concerns Charbonneau residents have about tolling in general, tolling on the Boone Bridge specifically, ask questions/make statements about the new traffic alignment on the I-5 on ramp, which has already resulted in numerous accidents, get legislative updates, and express your concerns about some of the bills.
Please forward this to residents of your respective HOAs. All Charbonneau residents are encouraged and welcome to attend and a packed house would be wonderful! A large attendance would also demonstrate the depth of our concerns.
Thank you,
Gary
Annual Meeting – April 24th
Please save the date for our next Annual meeting – April 24th at 7:00p.m. We will meet at the Activity Center in the Lewis & Clark Room. This is a great opportunity for homeowners to meet each other and ask questions of the Board. We will also have raffle tickets available for some great prizes and fun. Please plan on joining us. Thank you.
Pot Holes
In an attempt to improve our roads in Charbonneau, we are asking for your help. If you see or hit a large pot hole (City regulations are 4-6″ deep) please send Steve Chinn an email with the location. Steve can be reached at schinno@gmail.com or 503-682-0234. Thank you.
Car Prowlers in Charbonneau!
Charbonneau Residents,
We have received notice from several residents that there were car prowlers active in Charbonneau in the very early hours today on Arbor Lake Drive and Country Club Estates (Armitage and Molalla Bend). They were also active in Wilsonville and reports indicated they drove a blue Kia Optima. If you have a Nextdoor account you can click here to see ring camera footage https://nextdoor.com/p/zhxXpbzh723h?utm_source=share&extras=MzE0OTkyNjE%3D
Please keep an eye out and call the police if you see anything suspicious, and spread the word that we should all be vigilant. Please, lock your cars, leave no valuables in them, and be sure your garage door is closed and any outside door is securely locked.
Be Safe!
Jim Meierotto
General Manager
