F/G Pool is open Now!

Please note that due to the high demand at Pool A and the forecast nice weather, we have opened F/G Pool!

F/G Pool is located behind the residence at 7805 SW Fairway Drive (close to the corner of Lake Point and Fairway Drive).

The rest of the Pools will be opening Saturday, May 29th in the morning.

Reminder- Guest Parking Areas

Please note as the weather gets warmer and more folks get vaccines, we will be having more visitors to CHOA.

Let’s please use our own designated parking spaces so our friends and family have available Guest Spaces.   As Homeowners know, we do have Parking Rules and encourage all neighbors to comply with these rules.  The Guest Parking is for our Guests.  Homeowners have their own designated parking areas.
